📦 When will my lashes ship?

We ship same day on all lash orders. Delivery takes 2–3 business days via USPS.

 

💸 How much is shipping?

All orders ship for a flat rate of $10 within the U.S.

🔁 Do you offer refunds or returns?

No returns or refunds. Once your lashes leave Chava Lash Studio, they’re 100% yours. For hygiene reasons, all sales are final.

💕 How often can I wear my lashes?

With proper care, our lashes are made to last up to 10 wears.

🧼 How do I clean my lashes?

Use a lash spoolie and a tear-free baby shampoo. Always remove lash glue residue before reapplying and let lashes air-dry naturally.
